To strengthen our security posture, we’re updating our SFTP configuration to support only NIST-approved encryption algorithms, in alignment with NIST SP 800-53 and NISTIR 7966 standards.

- What’s Changing: Only the following algorithms will be supported:

hmac-sha2-256
hmac-sha2-512
hmac-sha2-256-etm@openssh.com
hmac-sha2-512-etm@openssh.com

- What You Need to Know:

Most modern SFTP clients already support these algorithms — no action needed.

If you're using an older or custom SFTP setup, you may need to update your configuration to maintain connectivity.
